This setting spray is incredible! I used to think setting sprays were a joke because they never worked for me, but I finally but the bullet and tried this one after someone recommended it to me. I was hesitant because it’s on the pricier side (for me) but 100% worth it. Turns out, when you buy a good quality product it will do what it is supposed to lol.It’s lightweight after it dries, it feels hydrating when sprayed on the face. I don’t find it sticky and it does not a have a strong smell which is nice. I will apply makeup early in the morning and use this to seal everything for the day. And when I say I don’t have to reapply anything afterwards, I mean it. This is coming from someone who used to have to reapply powder several times per day. 11/10, this is the best!

I’ve worked as a beauty advisor in the past for Sephora, and this was ALWAYS highly recommended by my colleagues for clients. However, I never personally tried it. My style was always a more natural look and less matte. However, it’s been about 4 years since I’ve worked for Sephora and I’ve been married for 3 now, and my husband doesn’t like getting sparkles on his clothes. I like to use a light highlight, and figured I could try using the setting spray to see if it would keep the sparkles at bay. It did not.I was hoping it truly was transfer proof, but sadly it is not, at least not completely. But before you right this product off, let me tell you what it can do.Positives:1. It sets makeup and it will last for about 6-8 hours without moving. IF you don’t rub up against a person, and IF you don’t have a cold and need to blow your nose. (It’s winter, so I did)2. It is hydrating, and doesn’t make your makeup look patchy. Even after applying powder.Downfalls1. It’s NOT transfer proof. True, it will make it so your makeup doesn’t smudge and move, but like I said before, it is in no way transfer proof. One tap from a dry napkin, even if lightly used, it will come off. Not all of it, but enough to notice and leave color on it. That being said, for the most part it will keep your makeup on, but just expect it to leave a bit of residue on everything else if touched.2. It has an old sweaty smell. Imagine hairspray, but one that was mixed with armpit sweat. Not a good combo. I’m not a fan of the smell at all. The smell alone was a turn off for me. Luckily the smell dies down, or maybe my nose just got used to it lol. I’m not sure, but the smell is awful!Aside from that, it wasn’t bad. But overall I was disappointed.
love it! it’s a good product but one thing i don’t like is that it doesn’t really last like it said it does, but it’s pretty good for its price. I recommend fanning it out to dry quicker and to avoid any separation.
May FAVORITE setting spray of all time, keeps your face dewy and free from smudging all day and night!
