Best lip stain color ever!

Whimsical is by far the best lip stain color I’ve ever tried. It’s like your lips but better! I’ve been on a lip stain kick recently and bought three of the NYX IV lip stains, and while those are good the three I have leave almost a pink/fuchsia tint. This stain leaves as it says, a warm rose. It adds the perfect amount of color to the lips and looks completely natural. I will be repurchasing when I get low. Do yourself the favor and get it!

Natural finish.

Really pretty but stains darker than expected.

I really like this product, but it does appear darker than expected. Stays tinted all day.

Still visible after 13 hours

Read the instructions and start with hydrated moisturized lips. Applied a generous coat before leaving the house in the morning and the tint was faded but still visible and even 13 hours later. Whimsical is a little on purple spectrum which does no favors for my reddish dutch completion and I prefer a rustier neutral. Took off one star because I don't love the smell but that goes away pretty quickly after drying and blotting.
